IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE, WE WILL GLADLY SEND THEM.

PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

We accept payment through PayPal, both for your convenience and safety.

For items that are in stock, the item will ship within five business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment has posted.

For items that are handcrafted to order, lead times could be approximately 30 days, depending on the type of material that is to be used  (excluding weekends and holidays).  When you place your order, we will try to give you a more accurate estimate of both the time to create your masterpiece and the shipping time.

Upon request, expedited shipping available at an additional charge.

Because of the handmade nature of all items, Tuscany Pens cannot accept returns or exchanges.  All purchases are final.
 
Items will be insured for the purchase price.  If your item is lost by the carrier, we will replace the item with a "like" or "similar" item.  Since all items are handmade and unique, it is impossible to exactly duplicate any item.  We will do our best to match it as closely as possible.  Some differences will occur because each piece is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind work of art.  Replacements will take approximately 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to re-make and ship.
 
Damaged items can be returned to Tuscany Pens for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs), or if you choose, replacement with a "like" or "similar" item (photos will be sent prior to shipping if you choose this option.)  Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.  Please email us with any problems or questions you may have so that we can resolve any issue in a timely fashion.
 
NOTE:  BECAUSE  OF THE NATURE OF CUSTOM ORDERS AND THE VARIABLES THAT CAN BE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION OF ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS, THE BUYER ACCEPTS THAT THERE MAY BE NATURAL DEFECTS IN AN ITEM'S APPEARANCE.  THIS IS WHAT MAKES  YOUR PURCHASE UNIQUE.  ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BASED SOLELY ON APPEARANCE.  IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE, WE WILL GLADLY SEND THEM.
